Instructor Jay Wilson is a world class trainer, world champion kickboxer, and Third Degree black belt. DallasBlue director Marc Freedman has personally trained with Jay for 2 years and highly recommends his programs. Please come, have fun, and work out with us! All ages and experience levels are welcome.
