Add an event to your Outlook Address Book

Follow these steps.

  1. Go to our DallasMeet calendar. If the event is more than one month away, click "All" in the views section at the top right of the calendar.
  2. Click on the event you want to save. A new browser window will display with the event details.
  3. Page down to the bottom of the event page. Click on 'Import to MS Outlook (VCal)'
  4. A Windows dialog displays. Keep the default option to open with Microsoft Outlook. Click OK.
  5. An Outlook appointment displays. Click 'Save and Close'
