Mr. Marin has established the overall direction of the Company, lead the work of the Board, and hired senior staff. Mr. Marin previously had a business background in mergers and acquisitions for ten years with expertise in deal structure, writing business plans and private placement memorandums, pro-forma statement analysis, cash flow modeling and negotiating license agreements and contracts. Mr. Marin has direct success in building two start-up businesses. Mr. Marin received his MBA in Corporate Finance and International Management from the U.T. at Dallas.
